How to prepare for interview



Larger Organizations will have interviewers who are often personnel professionals, or
who are trained and experienced interviewers, so expect the interview to be very structured to obtain the maximum from you.
In such firms you are more likely to be interviewed by trained interrviewer.
Preparation before attending an interview.

Checklist before attending the interview:

1. First phase - One day before preparation:

Re-read you resume.

Prepare for questions to be asked.

Rehearse Interview

Read vacancy details thoroughly

Surf about the company details.

Keep the documents arranged in place.

Stay confidence

Do not look sound desperate.

Be present on the venue at least before half an hour.

2. Second phase - Most important day-Interview day:

Dress well.

Arrive at-least before an hour.

Be yourself

Body language - eye contact, posture

Be interesting

Be prepared to talk - but not too much

3. Final phase - 

Thank interviewer after interview is over.
